we only have 15 booths available for this market, and we do expect a large number of applicants so PLEASE fill out the application thoroughly even if you are a returning vendor. i know it can be redundant to fill out an application multiple times a year, but it is very important to me that each application is judged fairly and equally. vendor applications for this mini market are reviewed and chosen based on many factors, including but not limited to:

☾ YOU HAVE AN ESTABLISHED BUSINESS WITH A WEBSITE, SOCIAL MEDIA HANDLES, OR A CATALOG 

we take time to carefully review each application we receive and are truly grateful for each and every inquiry. our markets would not be what they are without our vendors. we will respond to every single applicant regardless of our decision. we recognize the way we run this market is different than other markets - and if you feel that it’s not a good fit for you, that’s okay! but please refrain from sending any negative responses to denial emails - that will result in a permanent ban from the markets. It cost nothing to be kind. 

cost + payment

payment for this market is only due if you receive an acceptance email after applying. the booth fees for this event are as follows:

10X10 FT BOOTH SPACE - $80

if you receive an acceptance email, you must sign the contract agreement asap, but payment for the booth is only due by sunday, september 29th.

a 10x10ft canopy/tent is required. this enhances the visual appeal of the market and protects you from the elements of the day. vendors are required to bring all of their own tables, chairs, displays, and anything else they need that day. 

**booth fees are non-refundable UNLESS you notify me more than two weeks from the market and I am able to find a replacement vendor for your booth from the waitlist. a replacement is NOT guaranteed but is likely as our waitlist is usually full. a refund will be processed once payment from the new vendor is received **

there is a rain date for this event of sunday, november 3rd from 11am-5pm. while you do have to indicate if you can make the rain date on the application, it won't affect if you get accepted or not! if the rain date is utilized and you indicated on your application you could not make it, you will receive a refund.
