Ritual Market is a high vibe, eclectic market hosted in central Maine offering a curated selection of metaphysical, herbal, handcrafted, and intentionally sourced goods. We gather multiple times a year to offer a supportive, welcoming environment to connect and share our products with the public!
This is a free event to the public and all ages are welcome. we strive to create an inclusive, collaborative, and safe space for vendors and consumers alike.

RAIN DATE: SUNDAY, MAY 7 10AM-4PM
Vendor applications are open from Wednesday, January 4th at 6pm through Wednesday, January 25 at midnight. This round of applications will be accepting on a "rolling" basis through the 25th - meaning applications will be reviewed and responded to throughout the whole month of January. All applications will be responded to by January 31st.
Vendor Applications are reviewed and chosen based on many factors, including but not limited to:

☾ UNIQUENESS OF PRODUCTS OFFERED - WE DO OUR BEST TO AVOID TOO MANY VENDORS WITHIN THE SAME NICHE
☾ HOW WELL YOUR BUSINESS' BOOTH FITS WITH THE MARKET'S THEME
☾ YOU HAVE AN ESTABLISHED BUSINESS WITH A WEBSITE, SOCIAL MEDIA HANDLES, OR A CATALOG

This vendor application is for the Ritual Market event taking place Sunday, April 30th from 10am-4pm at Stevens Commons (1 Beech St Hallowell ME 04347).
The booth fees for this event are as follows:
Standard 10x10ft booth: $125
XL booth 15x15ft: $150
A 10X10FT CANOPY/TENT IS REQUIRED REGARDLESS OFF YOUR BOOTH SIZE
Vendors are required to bring all of their own tables, chairs, displays, and anything else they need that day.
SPLIT/SHARED BOOTHS ARE ALLOWED IF DISCLOSED ON THE APPLICATION
The Application Process
If you are interested in applying to be a vendor at Ritual Market, please fill out the vendor form below. All fields must be filled out. We will begin reviewing applications ASAP, but we will need the entire month to respond to all applicants.
BOTH THE BOOTH FEE AND THE CONTRACT MUST BE COMPLETED TO BE ACCEPTED INTO THE MARKET. BOTH OF THESE ARE DUE WITHIN 48 HOURS.

A rain date has been established for this market - in the event of severe inclement weather, the market will be postponed a week. If a vendor is unable to attend the rain date, a credit to a future market will be given OR if the booth can be filled, a full refund. By applying you are aware this is our policy and you agree to do your best to make the rain date as well.
