Ritual Market is a high vibe, eclectic market hosted in central Maine offering a curated selection of metaphysical, herbal, handcrafted, and intentionally sourced goods. We gather multiple times a year to offer a supportive, welcoming environment to connect and share our products with the public!
This is a free event to the public and all ages are welcome. we strive to create an inclusive, collaborative, and safe space for vendors and consumers alike.

Vendor applications are open from Friday, June 3 at 6pm through Wednesday, June 8 at midnight. Due to the amount of applicants and interest in previous markets, we are opening applications for all vendors (previous and new) at the same time and will begin reviewing applications one by one once the acceptance window has closed. This is to ensure each vendor applying has a fair chance to be reviewed and considered.
That being said, what makes Ritual Market unique is that we are an intimate, small scale market. We are only able to accept 26 vendors for this date - in efforts to make our venue work logistically and to keep true to the intimacy of Ritual Market.
Vendor Applications are reviewed and chosen based on many factors, including but not limited to:

☾ YOU HAVE AN ESTABLISHED BUSINESS WITH A WEBSITE, SOCIAL MEDIA HANDLES, OR A CATALOG
We take time to carefully review each application we receive and are truly grateful for each and every inquiry. Our markets would not be what they are without our vendors. We will respond to every single applicant regardless of our decision.

This vendor application is for the Ritual Market event taking place Sunday, July 31 from 10am-4pm at Stevens Commons at 2 Beech St Hallowell ME 04347.
The booth fee for this event is $125. Each vendor is provided a 10 x 10 ft space to set up on the grass in the center of Stevens Commons. Tents/canopies are required along with weights to hold down the tent.
Vendors are required to bring all of their own tables, chairs, displays, and anything else they need that day. There are no outlets available as it is an outdoor market.
The Application Process
If you are interested in applying to be a vendor at Ritual Market, please fill out the vendor form below. All fields must be filled out. When we begin reviewing applications on Thursday, June 9 - we will respond to each submission. If we think you are a good fit - we will respond with payment information and a contract.
BOTH THE BOOTH FEE AND THE CONTRACT MUST BE COMPLETED TO BE ACCEPTED INTO THE MARKET. BOTH OF THESE ARE DUE WITHIN 24 HOURS.
Once you have paid and signed the contract, you will be sent a welcome email with more information and what to expect in the coming weeks.
