APPLICATIONS  FOR JULY 23RD'S MARKET ARE OPEN THROUGH FRIDAY MAY 13 AT MIDNIGHT!

Ritual Market is a high vibe, eclectic market hosted in central Maine offering a curated selection of metaphysical, herbal, handcrafted, and intentionally sourced goods. We gather multiple times a year to offer a supportive, welcoming environment to connect and share our products with the public!

This is a free event to the public and all ages are welcome. we strive to create an inclusive, collaborative, and safe space for vendors and consumers alike.

RAIN DATE: SUNDAY, August 6 10AM-4PM

Vendor applications are open from Thursday, April 20th at 6pm through Saturday, May 13 at midnight. Due to the expected influx of applications along with the shortened timeframe on our end - applications will begin being responded to as soon as Monday, April 24th. This also helps spread out the response load over 3-4 weeks. However, some applications may take until after May 13th to be responded to. A late response is not always equal to a denial - just as some denials are sent out early. Sometimes if we have multiple vendors within your category, we like to wait to gauge what our available space looks like - especially with larger markets - to see if we can accept multiple vendors within the same niche. 

 

While applications are not first come first serve, we do appreciate applying as early as you are able. This helps me work through applications at a steady pace early on.

 

Vendor Applications are reviewed and chosen based on many factors, including but not limited to: 

 

☾ PAST VENDING EXPERIENCE WITH RITUAL MARKET + OTHER EVENTS

☾ UNIQUENESS OF PRODUCTS OFFERED - WE DO OUR BEST TO AVOID TOO MANY VENDORS WITHIN THE SAME NICHE

☾ HOW WELL YOUR BUSINESS' BOOTH FITS WITH THE MARKET'S THEME

☾ YOU HAVE AN ESTABLISHED BUSINESS WITH A WEBSITE, SOCIAL MEDIA HANDLES, OR A CATALOG

 

 

 

We take time to carefully review each application we receive and are truly grateful for each and every inquiry. Our markets would not be what they are without our vendors. We will respond to every single applicant regardless of our decision. We recognize the way we run this market is different than other markets - and if you feel that it’s not a good fit for you, that’s okay! But please refrain from sending any negative responses to denial emails - that will result in a permanent ban from the markets. It cost nothing to be kind.

This vendor application is for the Ritual Market event taking place Sunday, July 23rd from 10am-4pm at the Waterfront Park in Gardiner, Maine.

The booth fees for this event are as follows:

Standard 10x10ft booth: $125

XL booth 15x15ft: $150

A 10X10FT CANOPY/TENT IS REQUIRED REGARDLESS OFF YOUR BOOTH SIZE

Vendors are required to bring all of their own tables, chairs, displays, and anything else they need that day. 

SPLIT/SHARED BOOTHS ARE ALLOWED IF DISCLOSED ON THE APPLICATION

 

 

 

The Application Process

If you are interested in applying to be a vendor at Ritual Market, please fill out the vendor form below. All fields must be filled out. We will begin reviewing applications ASAP, but we will need the entire time frame to respond to all applicants.

 

 

BOTH THE BOOTH FEE AND THE CONTRACT MUST BE COMPLETED TO BE ACCEPTED INTO THE MARKET. BOTH OF THESE ARE DUE WITHIN 48 HOURS.

 

 

 

RAIN DATE : SUNDAY AUGUST 6 2023 10-4PM

 

A rain date has been established for this market - in the event of severe inclement weather, the market will be postponed TWO weeks. If a vendor is unable to attend the rain date, a credit to a future market will be given OR if the booth can be filled, a full refund. By applying you are aware this is our policy and you agree to do your best to make the rain date as well.
